The following opportunities are currently available to teach personal finance basics to low-income teens and adults in NYC. Please sign up for at least two dates at the same site for the four week programs and four dates for the eight week programs. You may sign up for one date at the single session programs. If you have not previously taught financial literacy with High Water Women, we will schedule a brief training and will provide all curriculum materials. Partnership with Children
Brooklyn Garden's Elementary Parents Group
This program is for adults.
 
Dates: Wednesdays, October 24, November 7, 14, 21, and Tuesday, October 30
Time: 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM
Location: 574 Dumont Avenue, Brooklyn
(Take the 3 to Pennsylvania Avenue, the site is about six minutes from the station).
 
Sunnyside Community Services
This is a four session class for high school Juniors and seniors.
 
Dates: Wednesdays, October 17, 24, 31, and November 7
Times: 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM
Location: Queens Vocational High School, 37-02 47th Avenue, Long Island City.  (7 traub to 33rd Street - Rawson Street, the site is about a six minute walk from the station).
